Who am I?
I am a daughter, sister, and wife. I am a mom to three furry kids. I am a foodie enthusiast, lover of nature, dancer at heart, and fitness fanatic. I am a great public speaker and enjoy writing. I am a bookworm and love to learn something new to get energize and provide better care to all.  I am devoted traveler, I explore new cultures, meet new people, and taste great food.

Where am I from?
boricua aunque naciera en la luna
I was born and raised in Puerto Rico. I love my island and its beaches. I love the people, the mountains and the food. I love Fiel a la Vega, PRoduce, and still only drink Puerto Rican coffee. Pastelillos the guayaba are my favorite dessert. Serving Puerto Ricans is at my heart, as it is taking care of migrants from other Spanish-speaking countries. I carry my Puerto Rican flag in my heart. Siempre sere boricua.

Where did I learned?
I completed my medical degree at the University of Puerto Rico Science Medical Campus. Afterward, I went East to Hershey Pennsylvania for my residency in Family & Community Medicine. While in Hershey I participated in a Global Medicine rotation in Ecuador with INMED. I went Northeast to Providence Rhode Island. Here I completed my fellowship in Faculty Development for Global Health. I travel to Nicaragua and learned about community health workers. I went South to Texas. Here in Texas, I became a diplomate of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. I pursued additional training in nutrition, Cornell Center for Nutritional Studies, culinary medicine with Rouxbe and a 200hr registered yoga instructor with a focus on trauma with YogaFaith.
